DIY Stress Balloon

    


When we feel angry or upset, it's beneficial to let it out in some way, such as by boxing or punching a pillow. It can help when you exert your anger physically, but only in healthy ways. Stress balloons can be a fun way to de-stress by squeezing it whenever you need to.

 

You will need:

  • A balloon
  • Filler: water beads, rice, slime, flour, cotton, etc.
  • A funnel

Grab your balloon and stick a funnel in it to pour whatever substance you want. You may have to shake it a bit to get it all in, depending on the material. Next, you'll want to remove the funnel and tie the balloon as close to your filling as possible. That's all you need to do!
